Why should you have business e-mail addresses that match your domain name? It is just like asking "why should I have a personalized domain name?"
Having your own domain name (e.g. www.nonprofitorganization.org) and business e-mail addresses (e.g. sample@nonprofitorganization.org) give your organization a professional image when you communicate with your colleagues and customers. You can also easily access your e-mail from any computer that has an internet connection. Business e-mails should be part of any website package that you ask for. So be sure you negotiate that with your website designer.
